Article 1 : Scope
Article 2 : Availability of articles
Our articles are offered within the limits of available stocks and for those not stocked by us, within the limit of their availability from SD Publishing suppliers.
Although our databases are regularly updated, some items may be temporarily or permanently unavailable from our suppliers.
One or more new items may be unavailable after ordering. In the event of unavailability beyond our control, SD Publishing will notify the customer personally as soon as possible by email.
If the product you order is only available late and within 30 days of receipt of the order by our services, we undertake to inform you immediately of the additional delivery time.
If the restocking of the product is abnormally long or impossible, we undertake to cancel your order. The amount of your purchase paid when ordering will be refunded by credit to your bank account (secure transaction) in the event of payment by credit card, by bank transfer after providing an RIB or by check.

Article 3 : Orders
Orders can be placed as follows :

Any order sent over the Internet is confirmed by SD Publishing by e-mail. The order will be executed no later than 5 days from the day you place your order for books in stock, 10 days for books not immediately available.
Article 4 : Price
Prices are indicated on our site in Euros, all taxes included, excluding flat-rate participation in handling and shipping costs.
New books are sold in compliance with the regulations applicable in France on the single book price.
The prices indicated are subject to change at any time without notice. However, the items will be billed on the basis in effect at the time of the order.
In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, customs duties or other local taxes (local VAT, customs tax, import duties, etc.) may be payable. These rights are the sole responsibility of the customer and are their sole responsibility both in terms of declarations and payment to the competent authorities.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are invoiced and payable in Euros only.
The products remain the property of SD Publishing until full payment of the price, regardless of the date of delivery of the product.
Article 5 : Shipping costs
Flat rate 10€ per book for Metropolitan France and 12€ per book for Europe.
For other territories : our products can only be downloaded from the site in pdf format.
Article 6 : Secure payment
Payment for purchases is made by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard).
The customer must indicate the number of his card, as well as its validity date and the three digits of the cryptogram appearing on the back of it, directly in the zone provided for this purpose (entry secured by SSL encryption).
The amount of orders paid by credit card is cashed on the day the order is shipped. In the case of multi-item orders, the full amount of the orders is cashed on the day of dispatch of the first item.
Payment by credit card is provided by Stripe.com, known for its reliability in internet transactions. The transaction between you and the Bank is encrypted (SSL). The banking information you give, encrypted on your own computer, will never circulate unencrypted on the Internet. No credit card number is stored at SD Publishing.
Article 7 : Delivery
Physical items are delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering. In order to optimize delivery, it is advisable to indicate an address at which your order can be received during working hours.
Physical deliveries outside mainland France and Europe are not possible.
SD Publishing within the framework of its sales contract is fully responsible for delivery and transport, the inherent costs being ancillary to these operations. In the event of a dispute on delivery, any complaint must be sent within 48 hours to sosimpro@sosimpro.com, in addition to any reservations made to the carrier under the legal conditions.
Article 8 : Satisfied or refunded
There are no refunds for digital sales made on our site in pdf format. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal for sales of books in physical format sent by post, SD Publishing will make every effort to reimburse the consumer within 15 days.
The consumer will then be reimbursed by crediting his bank account (secure transaction) in the event of payment by credit card, by bank transfer after providing an RIB or by check. Or a credit note for a future order can also be issued.
Right of return
If the physical item delivered by post (not pdf) is not suitable, for any reason whatsoever, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt to return his order. The item must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by the corresponding invoice (which can be printed online), by post only. The return of the product is made without penalty, with the exception of the return costs. Items damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer are not taken back. Any return must be reported in advance to the Online Sales Department by email to sosimpro@sosimpro.com.

Commitment to quality
The physical articles (not pdf) sold by SD Publishing are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from all of our referenced suppliers. They are guaranteed against any defect.
If an item happens to be defective or non-compliant (error attributable to SD Publishing), SD Publishing undertakes to reimburse it, subject to the following conditions : * Return in its original packaging, in perfect condition. * Accompanied by a reasoned request and its invoice * Within a maximum of 30 days following receipt of the package at :

Under these conditions, the shipping costs may be fully reimbursed. However, the amount of refunded return costs may not exceed 1.5 times the amount of invoiced shipping costs. No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason.
In addition SD Publishing remains liable for any lack of conformity of the product and hidden defects under the conditions provided for in the following articles :
* Art.1641 c.civ: “The seller is bound by the guarantee for hidden defects in the item sold which make it unfit for the use for which it is intended or which reduce this use so much that the buyer does not use it. would not have acquired or would have given a lower price if he had known them.”
* Art.1648-1 c.civ: “The action resulting from latent defects must be brought by the purchaser, within two years from the discovery of the defect”.
* Art.L.211-4 c.cons: “The seller is required to deliver goods in accordance with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. It also responds to any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when it has been charged to it by the contract or carried out under its responsibility. “
* Art.L.211-5 c.cons: “To be in conformity with the contract, the good must :
* 1° Be suitable for the use usually expected of a similar good and, if applicable :
* correspond to the description given by the seller and have the qualities that he presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;

* Art.L.211-12 c.cons : “The action resulting from the lack of conformity lapses two years after delivery of the goods.”
Article 9 : Personal or private information
SD Publishing treats all information concerning its customers with the strictest confidentiality.
When ordering, only the essential information (surname, first name, address, e-mail) is requested for efficient processing and careful monitoring of the order. These data entered online are saved on a secure server and are immediately encrypted.
In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access, oppose and rectify data concerning him at the following address :

Article 10 : exclusion of liability
The titles or names and the images of the articles presented in the databases of the sosimpro.com site were entered based on information provided by the editors or suppliers. SD Publishing is not responsible for the content of the works and can not be held liable for the customer.
The proposed works comply with the French legislation in force. SD Publishing declines all responsibility if the delivered article does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery (censorship, prohibition of a title or an author, etc.).
The responsibility of SD Publishing is not engaged in the event of non-performance of the contract due to a shortage of stock or unavailability of the products, in the event of a total or partial strike of the shipping services, in the event of force majeure, of flood, fire, etc.
Nor is it liable for the content of websites to which hypertext links may refer from its own site.
Article 11 : Litigation - law applicable to relations with the customer
Online sales made by SD Publishing from its website are governed exclusively by the French law.
Article 12 : Customer acceptance
By clicking on the “Validate” button, the Customer declares to accept the order and all of these general conditions of sale.
The data recorded by SD Publishing may constitute proof of all operations and financial transactions carried out by the client.
